| Well done u, im thinking of giving up 2, just dont no how 2 go about it really, if 2 cut down or just stop altogether. any advice | |

I think it depends on how much you smoke/smoked, what your triggers will be. How long you have been smoking for etc. I had been smoking since I was 15, 10 a day and am now 24. I went cold turkey and haven't looked back. You never know if you don't try! I have read Alan Carr's Easyway book and that was a HUGE help! | |
